BACKGROUND
The Thai Health Promotion Foundation aims to raise awareness of the emerging health risks of e-cigarettes, which are gaining popularity among youths with their contemporary appearance and selection of appealing scents and flavours. Research published by the Korean Society of Toxicology reveals that e-cigarette toxicity impacts cognitive memory functions and inflammatory responses in the brains of mice.

IDEA
Utilizing the insights from this research, we created a playful 3D animation to present the effects of nicotine on the brain post e-cigarette use and convey facts from an alternative perspective. The narrative follows Sunny, a lab rat with a daily e-cigarette habit, and his girlfriend 'Baifern,' who observes and questions symptoms related to his e-cigarette smoke. By incorporating actual research trial data into this e-cigarette ad, we aimed to equip the target audience, particularly teens, with essential information before making decisions about smoking.
